Common side effects of Acomplia are typically not serious and are temporary and occur in the initial phase, but gradually disappear with regular use.

You should also inform your doctor if you take nonprescription medication such as St. John’s Wort, other weight loss medications, medicines to improve blood lipids, diabetic medications, and medicines to treat epilepsy.
